Alright it’s rant time.
Just as a precursor to this rant, I’d like to say I don’t mean to offend any academy kids here… if you read this… take it as advice AND NEVER FUCKING DO IT
So. Lucky us we got 10 fucking academy kids on our summer training with us. I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD I’M GOING TO RIP ONE OF THEIR FACES OFF if I hear them refer to themselves and their group of MIDN as “the Navy kids” … HELLO all of us ROTC kids are Navy MIDN too… I know it might be hard to get through your fucking puffed up chest and thick cocky skull but believe it or not we are in the Navy as well. Yes. I know. Take a moment and fucking soak it all in because I am literally about to rip someones face off if I hear it again. Fucking just because you have the social awkwardness of a ostrich doesn’t mean that you get to walk around with your nose in the air acting like you are the fucking shit and all of us ROTC MIDN are lower than dirt. “Well the Navy kids don’t have their orders….The Navy kids don’t have their medical records” FUCK YOU ALL OF US “apparently non-Navy” KIDS CAME PREPARED. Excuse me but no. I will fucking wreck you.
Also, you’re the most sheltered naive group of kids I’ve ever fucking met. Yes, the rest of the country thinks that Marines in their uniforms are the sexiest people ever. Yes, we do drink on the weekends all fucking year long so we don’t have to brag about it whenever we walk into a room.
Get the fuck over yourselves or it’s going to be a long ass month.
….Sorry to all my followers who are Naval Academy, I know you aren’t ALL like this but these MIDN are exactly why there is a stereotype and I’m ganna throw some of them off the damn ship by the end of this.
Watching hundreds of Marines load up and ship out on their ship the past few days was just heavenly…
